You did it again: you saved the day after my Laptop’s hard drive crashed last Saturday, leaving me without my lecture for Monday night’s presentation. After several tense attempts, you were able to “restore” the hard drive and reinstall most of the deleted programs within a three hour time frame. As always, you graciously dropped everything to methodically solve the problem.
As a customer for the last thirteen years, I have had the comfort and security of knowing that you had our back with handling the many problems (some large, some small) that naturally occur when you have multiple programs, digital equipment, and thirteen work stations.
The bottom line: your customers can always count on you to be there for them. It has been my pleasure to recommend you to many of my colleagues over this thirteen year period.
